Designed for postpartum, pregnant, and new mamas getting back into their fitness routines. Basic movements, ab-rebuilding exercises, and active stretching to strengthen and lengthen the muscles. Upon purchase of your class pass, you will receive a zoom link for that week’s session and any specific instructions pertaining to that week’s class.
