Optional Tools: Resistance Bands, Dumbbells
Introductory strength, conditioning, tricks, and poses on aerial hoop. Class consists of basic body awareness, pull-ups, tucks, and safe aerial transitions. Upon purchase of your class pass, you will receive a Zoom link for that week’s session and any specific instructions pertaining to that week’s class.
