PoleStrong Class

Class Time: 45 min

Optional Tools: Resistance Bands, Dumbbells, KettleBell

A certified PoleStrong class for skills, tricks, transitions, and accompanying strength and conditioning exercises that build overall strength on and off the pole. This class is for beginner and intermediate pole fitness students. Pre-requisites include pole tucks, pole sits, and at least one aerial pose. Upon purchase of your class pass, you will receive a Zoom link for that week’s session and any specific instructions pertaining to that week’s class.
