Flexibility& Mobility Class


Class Time: 45 min

Optional Tools: Exercise Mat, Blocks, Resistance Bands, Tennis Ball, foam roller

Using a variety of static and dynamic stretching, Fuerte Flexibility & Mobility offers movement for all levels and fitness backgrounds. Class consists of functional body weight exercises, progressive stretch sequences, and core stability activities, as well as tips and tricks on rolling for recovery. Upon purchase of your class pass, you will receive a zoom link for that week’s session and any specific instructions pertaining to that week’s class.
